.FAIL.

sooo uhmm. yah.
i went COMPLETELY off of my diet.
here's the thing...
once i am on a diet
&&
workout && suchh
for a while
then it becomes second nature...
but if i go off of it for like more than a week...
i am screwed.

annnnnd i haven't been strict about my diet nor
have i worked out in over 4mo.
=[
blehhh.
sooo i get all excited and amped, ready to conquer
my weight....
then i fail. && fail. && fail again.
until finally i get it right.
so.
my new plan?
monday=]
i just survived thanksgiving...
i will do my cleanse again
&&
eat a super low cal diet
&&
workout.

i believe in myself this time
because i am on break for 6 weeks...
nothing going on until jan 3rd.
&& i have some events marked on my calendar
that i want to look good for=]
so?
GO ME.
i hope.

i didn't workout yesterdayy,
but i ate really well.
so yayy.
todayy:
i am soo super excited!
meeting up with my friend rachael for 
some starbucks

as i was about to eat it....

soooo even though i ate nachos

workout......
i have lost weight!!!

i am at exactly 106.0lbs
this makes me verrrry happy=D

i think what i am going to do
is catch up on this blog in the morning...
i will weigh in...

review what i ate 
&&
if i worked out the dayy before...
that seems to make sense...

well, 
i have some studying to do
for my bio final.

. dayy 1 [again] .i am horrible.

hmmmm... so i did a REALLY good job the other day with my diet//workout..
however..
i ruined that ROYALLY over following 3 days.
fridayy... i weighed in at 106.0lbs.
YAYY me!
buuuut then...
destroyed that with a delicious lunchh
with my frennn...
&&
suuuuper fatty chinese takeout with the boyfrenn.
thennn:
decided;
it was only fitting to just continue with this
horrible trend for the rest of the weekend.
[BAD IDEA]
now?
i am 110.1

i am starting over todayy...
and will allow myself mayyybe 1 cheat dayy
a week...
DEFF NOT 3....

todayy:
i begin a fresh start to a thinner me.
i will do my best to update daily;
my weight, what i ate, and goals errr suchh?
as of today:

for b.fast:

i ate DELICIOUS rice pudding with cinnamon 
spinkled on topp<3

= 125cals

i made iced coffee, with soyy and cinnamon

= 30cals

this is what i have had so far.
i am watching sex && the city
with a vanilla woodwick candle.
i am in love with this moment.

when my flickk is over, i will run
[hopefully 3 mi.]
&&
hopefully lunges//arms.

gotta get toned//trimmed.

well.....
as the day has progressed:


for a snack:
hummus with cucumber
= 55cals


3 cups of diet green tea:
= 0 cals <3

I WORKED OUT LIKE WHOAHH.


mhmm.
that workout kicked.my.BUTT.


here's what i did:


i created a little circuit training thingy.ma.bobber.


treadmill:
lap 1- 4mph
lap 2- 5mph
lap 3- 6mph
lap 4- 5mph
lap 5- 4mph
lap 6- 5mph


total: 1.5mi//19min//233cals burned.


then hopped off and lifted//squated etc.


then repeated the exact same treadmill routine.thing.
&&
repeated the weight portion.


total: 3mi//38min//466cals burned && 2 sets of weights//lunges.


i am EX.HAUSTED.


but i feel suuper good about my dayy, thus far.
